I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is definitely one of the best aspects, it's very conveniently located close to transportation and popular areas. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs were taken care of.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and equipped with kitchen utensils and a washing machine. the proximity to the subway station made it easy to get around the city, and there were several convenience stores and a supermarket within walking distance.

The check, in process was confusing and inconvenient, with emails from the company coming in late and instructions to collect the key from a location that was not nearby. there was an extra charge for leaving luggage before check, in time, which seemed unnecessary given that this is a common service provided by many hotels and accommodations.

I had an enjoyable stay at a cozy inn with kind and attentive owners. the location was convenient, close to a subway station which made traveling around the city easier. the room was clean and had a pleasant scent, making it homey, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the hosts were accommodating and helpful, even offering to drive us to the nearest station when we struggled to get a taxi.

The communal living spaces could be less noisy at times, which could disturb those on the lower floor.

The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with useful advice about the area. They were also kind enough to greet us personally and ensure that everything was prepared for our stay. The location of the property was fantastic as it was situated near plenty of shops and restaurants. the close proximity to public transportation made getting around very easy.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped for our group of five, but we were able to manage. It would have been nice to have a bit more space, but we didn't spend too much time in the room anyways.

I had an exceptional stay at The Familiar Inn. The place was incredibly clean and organized, exceeding my expectations. It was conveniently located just a short walk from a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The owner was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable, even providing fresh towels and linens during our visit. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the overall value for the price. I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Osaka.
